Terms of Service
This English text is provided for convenience. The Korean version is the legally binding one.
1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the AI feature development, stabilisation and related software services provided by Wearablock Incorporated (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and the client.
2. What the service is
The Company designs, builds and integrates AI features from documents, data and existing systems supplied by the client, stabilises their output, and carries out the related development and verification work. Advertising film production is offered as a secondary service.
Commercial AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others) are used in the implementation; their usage fees are either billed to the client directly or included in the quote.
Scope, deliverables, schedule and the number of revisions are fixed in each quote or contract.
3. Forming a contract
A contract is formed when the client places a request and the Company accepts it (agreement on the quote).
The Company is a registered corporation and issues tax invoices.
4. Fees and payment
Fees follow the quote. Payment is by bank transfer against a tax invoice.
Monthly retainers are billed on the agreed day of each month.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership of deliverables is set in each contract. Pre-existing technology, templates and know-how remain with the Company.
6. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for loss arising from inaccurate material supplied by the client, or from failures of third-party services (APIs, platforms).
Matters not covered here follow Korean law and commercial practice.
