Refund Policy
This English text is provided for convenience. The Korean version is the legally binding one.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the AI feature development and stabilisation services provided by the Company, and to advertising film production offered as a secondary service.
Where an individual contract says otherwise, that contract governs.
2. Cancelling before work starts
If the client cancels before work begins, the deposit is refunded less any costs already incurred.
3. Cancelling during production
If the client cancels during production, the work already completed is settled at its proportion of the total and the remainder is refunded.
4. After delivery
Once deliverables are handed over and accepted, refunds are not available — except where the Company failed to perform the contract.
5. Monthly retainers
A monthly service is billed through the month in which notice of termination is given. Pro-rating follows the individual contract.
